so pissed off...
stupid starhub... my mother and my brother were arguing regarding his mobile phone bill... and being a nice son and brother i offered to call starhub helpline 1633 to check on several items on the bill... called in once... "Our customer service officers are currently busy... you MAY continue to hold on... blah blah..."
and so i waited... and waited... and waited... 8 mins passed (checked the timer on my phone) and yet i'm still hearing that irritating music and voice...
oh well... i shall hang up and try calling again... same procedures... same sequence... same results... different jacky... getting slightly irritated...
3rd time tried calling... 4th time... 5th time... 6th... 7th... 8th... after spending about average 5 mins on each call... i finally spoke to someone ALIVE... thank goodness... but jacky was trying very hard to stay calm and not reached into the phone for the other guy's throat (if it was a female phone operator who answered then it might be a different situation... but oh well... that the guy was just unlucky...). Anyway... in the end... the help they provided wasn't of much help anyway...
BUT i was quite disturbed by that irritating female voice (u get irritated too if u listen to 'her' saying the same thing for about 5994 times?) and the things which she said... why use the word MAY? why did we call the helpline in the first place? because we needed help regarding their products lah... and frankly speaking... other than going down to Starhub Main Office which does not happen to be open 24/7... there are not other alternatives of getting help regarding their products... at least no other speedy methods... if i emailed them... i can't get the help i need in less than 1 day... and so of course we will hold on to the line... since it's the most viable way of reaching them and asking for help isnt that so? but by judging from the irritating voice and the tone 'she' used... it seems to imply nonchalence on their side... "u need help? hold on lor... wait lor... if not... FUCK OFF"
i submitted an online feedback form regarding this matter liao... i hope they would gimme an acceptable explaination... if not... if not... i'll pick up the pen which i haven't used for years... use my not so impressive (lousy) command of english and TRY writing into some forum or whatever and COMPLAIN...
see... nv offend me... if u're a small puny individual... i most probably use brute force and violence on u... but if u're a multi-million dollar company and u can sue my pants off and put me in jail if i use violence... then i use my mouth... i complain complain complain till u cry... muahahahahhahaha... feeling better... phew...
